A National Panhellenic Conference Award Winning Panhellenic Association

WELCOME TO NC STATE PANHELLENIC ASSOCIATION!

HI EVERYONE,

Welcome to NC State’s Panhellenic Community, my name is Savannah Hart and it is an honor to serve as your Panhellenic President this year. I am thrilled to witness the growth, sisterhood, and courage that define the NC State Panhellenic Community. Our community is composed of 11 National Panhellenic Conference Sororities and 2 Associate Member Chapters; all committed to academic excellence, philanthropic pursuits, personal growth, and lifelong friendships. With over 1,700 passionate and empowered women, our community is a tapestry of unique stories, backgrounds, and experiences. This is what makes our sisterhood stronger, more resilient, and capable of achieving remarkable things. Every chapter, every individual with their own unique story, a unique purpose–which makes it all worthwhile for you to grow and learn every day.

Growing up, my dream was to join the Wolfpack, inspired by my family’s pride for NC State. But as a freshman, I felt lost and overwhelmed, and moving home seemed tempting. In those tough moments, my mom encouraged me to stay at State and join the Panhellenic community, where she had found lifelong friendships. Taking her advice, I went through the recruitment process, which turned out to be one of my best decisions. From day one, I was welcomed by women who became my real sisterhood—sharing meals, studying for finals, and crying through "The Bachelor” together. Through their support, I gained confidence in my academics, leadership, and friendships, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing community.

To all of you starting your own college experience, I want you to know that it’s okay to feel uncertain, and it’s okay to be scared. College is full of change, and it can feel like you're facing it all alone at times. But trust me when I say, you are never alone. The Panhellenic community is a place where you’ll find strength in each other—whether it’s through laughter, late-night talks, or simply knowing someone is there when you need them most. You are capable of handling anything that comes your way, and you don’t have to do it alone.

As you take on new challenges, remember that growth often comes from the toughest moments. The fear and uncertainty you’re feeling now are temporary, but the friendships and support you’ll gain here will last a lifetime. You have already shown incredible courage by taking this step—now trust in your own resilience and know that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

The journey ahead won’t always be easy, but every single one of you has the strength to push through. You are more capable than you realize, and the women of Panhellenic are here to remind you of that every single day. So don’t be afraid to reach out, lean on each other, and step into this new chapter with confidence. Panhellenic loves you!

With love,

Savannah Hart

Panhellenic President
